These terms apply to all orders placed with Advanced Resin Supplies for resin bound materials, tools and accessories. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. They don’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

About us

Advanced Resin Supplies sells resin bound stone, resin binders, forced action mixers, power trowels, edging and accessories for resin bound and resin bonded surfacing projects, to trade and retail customers across the UK.

Orders

An order is placed once you complete checkout online or confirm by phone. We’ll confirm acceptance by email; a contract is formed once we accept your order, not before. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is out of stock or incorrectly priced — in which case we’ll notify you and refund any payment taken.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, but errors can happen; if we find a pricing error on your order, we’ll contact you before proceeding. Payment is taken at the time of order.

Deposits and bespoke or bulk orders

For made-to-order, bespoke or large trade orders placed with a deposit, cancellation may be subject to a £150 administration fee (or the full deposit if less than £150) to cover costs already incurred.

Delivery and risk

Delivery timescales and charges are set out on our Shipping and Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, so please inspect items promptly and report any damage, shortage or fault as soon as possible.

Product information

We make every effort to describe and picture our products accurately, including colours, finishes and coverage. Natural aggregate is a natural material, so slight variation between batches and between screen images and the physical product is normal and not a fault.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud). Beyond that, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, including losses connected to a wider installation project, except where required by law.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images and branding — belongs to Advanced Resin Supplies or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
