Yes. I would make it much more distinctly Advanced Resin Supplies, particularly around natural aggregate variation, chemical products, site checks and technical investigation.

Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

At Advanced Resin Supplies, we supply specialist resin-bound materials, aggregates, coatings, tools and associated products to both professional installers and private customers.

Because many of our products are chemical, batch-produced or project-specific, please check your order carefully when it arrives and before any materials are opened, mixed or installed.

Changed Your Mind?

If you purchased from us as a private consumer and decide that you no longer require your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, the goods should be returned within the applicable statutory period.

To qualify for a return, products should be unused, unopened, undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale.

Please contact us before arranging a return. We will confirm where the goods need to be sent and provide the information required for us to identify your return when it arrives.

Products that have been opened

Resins and associated chemicals are sensitive products. Once containers have been opened, we cannot establish how they have been stored, handled or whether contamination has occurred.

For this reason, we normally cannot accept unwanted opened containers of products such as:

  • resin and hardener;
  • primers and sealers;
  • pigments and colourants;
  • catalysts and additives;
  • other chemical products.

This restriction does not apply where a product is genuinely faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.

Trade & Business Orders

Most of the products sold by Advanced Resin Supplies are specialist materials intended for professional installation.

If you purchase from us for your business, trade or profession, consumer cancellation provisions do not apply in the same way.

Unwanted trade orders may be accepted for return at our discretion, provided we agree to the return beforehand and the products are unused, unopened and suitable for resale.

Where a trade return is accepted, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs associated with handling, inspection, transport and returning the products to stock.

Please speak to us before ordering if you are uncertain whether a specialist or high-value product can be returned.

Something Wrong With Your Delivery?

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or contains a product you did not order, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

It helps us resolve problems quickly if you send us your order number, photographs of the goods and packaging, product/batch details and a brief explanation of what has happened.

Please keep the packaging and affected goods until we have completed our initial assessment.

Where we confirm that goods have been incorrectly supplied, damaged in transit or are defective, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, collection, credit or refund depending on the circumstances and your applicable rights.

Check Before You Mix or Lay

This is particularly important with resin-bound materials.

Before starting installation, please check:

Resin: correct product, kit size and components.

Aggregate: correct blend, quantity and general appearance.

Other materials: correct primer, catalyst, sealer, additive or accessory for the intended application.

If something appears incorrect, do not continue using the material. Contact our technical team first.

Once resin and stone have been mixed and installed, investigating a problem becomes considerably more difficult. Continuing to use material after an obvious discrepancy has been identified may also limit the remedies available.

Natural Stone Is Naturally Variable

Our resin-bound aggregate blends contain natural mineral materials.

Stone is not manufactured to an exact printed colour. Differences can occur between quarries and production batches, including variations in:

  • shade and tone;
  • mineral markings;
  • particle shape;
  • grading;
  • distribution of individual colours within a blend.

These variations are part of the character of natural aggregate and do not automatically indicate that the product is defective.

For larger projects involving multiple pallets or batches, installers should inspect the materials before laying and follow appropriate blending practices to minimise visible batch transitions.

Website photographs, printed samples and screen images should therefore be treated as a guide rather than a guarantee of an exact colour match.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Products

Some Advanced Resin Supplies products can be manufactured, blended, tinted or prepared specifically for an individual order.

Examples can include custom colours, RAL-matched products, special aggregate blends, bespoke resin formulations and other made-to-order materials.

Once production of a bespoke product has started, it may not be possible to cancel or return it simply because it is no longer required.

We strongly recommend confirming specifications, quantities and colour requirements before approving a bespoke order.

Colour Matching

Colour can be affected by the substrate, application thickness, aggregate, lighting, surface texture and finishing method.

Where exact colour appearance is important, particularly with custom pigments or RAL-inspired colours, we recommend approving a physical sample before ordering the full quantity.

Different manufacturing batches may show minor variations.

Storage & Handling

Chemical products should be kept sealed and stored according to their product instructions.

Products can be adversely affected by inappropriate storage conditions such as excessive heat, low temperatures, moisture, prolonged exposure to sunlight or contamination.

We cannot treat deterioration resulting from incorrect storage or handling after delivery as a manufacturing defect.

If you are unsure how to store a product, please contact us before opening or using it.

Reporting a Technical Problem

If you believe a resin, primer, sealer or other technical product is not performing correctly, please contact us before continuing the installation wherever reasonably possible.

To investigate properly, our technical team may ask for information including:

Product and batch numbers
Photographs or videos
Quantity and mixing ratio used
Substrate type and condition
Application temperature
Weather conditions
Mixing equipment and mixing time
Application thickness
Time between mixing and installation

We may also ask you to retain unused material or provide a sample for examination.

Providing this information allows us to investigate the cause rather than making assumptions based solely on the appearance of the finished surface.

Return Shipping

For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the customer will generally be responsible for safely returning the products to us.

Where goods are confirmed as faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will deal with reasonable return or collection costs as appropriate.

Please do not arrange an unauthorized pallet or courier return, as specialist products may require specific handling arrangements.

Refunds

Once an authorized return has arrived, we will inspect the products before processing the refund.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be made to the original payment method.

Banking and payment providers may take additional time to show the refunded amount after we have processed it.

Before Returning Anything

Please contact Advanced Resin Supplies first.

This allows us to:

identify your order → understand the reason for return → confirm whether a return is required → provide the correct return location → arrange collection where appropriate.

Sending goods to one of our collection locations without prior agreement does not necessarily mean that the location can receive or process the return.

Need Help?

If you’re unsure whether you’ve ordered the correct resin, aggregate, primer or quantity, contact us before opening the products.

In many cases our technical team can answer the question without the inconvenience and cost of returning an order.
