FusionBound™ is a professional-grade two-part UV-stable polyurethane resin binder developed for the installation of premium resin bound surfaces. Supplied as a 7.5kg kit, FusionBound is formulated to bind approximately 100kg of kiln-dried decorative aggregates, creating a seamless, permeable and hard-wearing surface suitable for driveways, patios, pathways, courtyards and public spaces.

During cooler temperatures, a catalyst can be incorporated into the resin system to accelerate curing and maintain efficient installation times. During warmer summer conditions, many professional installers choose to work with uncatalysed resin, adding the catalyst on site immediately before mixing. This provides complete control over curing speed, allowing adjustments based on:

Typical Mix Design

A standard resin bound mix typically consists of:

• Kiln-dried sand or binding quartz where required by the selected aggregate blend

Typical coverage:

• Approximately 4.0m² at 15mm
• Approximately 3.5m² at 18mm
• Approximately 3.2m² at 20mm
